Fan Fiction Roleplay.

He nods, signifying his intactness.
"We're covered from above, and I figure the moment we try jet outta here he's gonna try to engage. Did you hear the message he gave over the transmitter? He said something about a tank and defending our base. I keep hearing air and scouting traffic about unknown forces approaching the base. Either way, I've gotta fight him."

Catherine sighed turning and walking away a few steps as he speaks. She closesher eyes and rubbed her temples. She inhaled slowly to gain her barrings thinking about the situation. Of anyone, she wasn't a coward. "We." She corrects on her exhale. Her eyes opened and she turned and walked back toward him, "We have to fight him." She says slowly. It went against everything in her nature to say that. She wasn't built for fights. She was built for ambush and speed. She refused to look Jack in the eyes. She just looke down at the ground. She wanted to hide her fear and the tears that ahe was fighting.

Lambda's radar starts bliping. He activates the jets, spreads his wings, and heads towards the location. His system worked on sound. Anything that made a sound over 10 db showed up. "Well, well well, it's my two favorite kids," said Lambda. He puts on his visual cloaking device and climbs to 30,000 feet. Not out of sight, but because that's how high he had to be to escape the blast. He pulls a latch, and a silver module falls out, about the size of a large thermos. It falls, and he climbs to 40,000 feet. He covers his ears, and as it falls, a massive sonic wave flattens everything in 20 leagues of the drop. Including, thankfully, the ALX Charger. Nothing not a god couldn't have survived that shockwave. But that shockwave was not there for damage. It was to loosen the earth. He watched as a giant sinkhole enveloped the affected area. 30,000 feet deep, at least. He flew into the sinkhole, floodlights on, and looked for any possible survivors. Seeing none, he flew out, and set down, oh, say 450 meters away from the sinkhole.

"Get down!" Jack shouts as the Charger immedietaly takes off at high speed, its sensors being on the whole time. It quickly goes into a sniper's state and settles in a crevice in the newly made crater. It then assembles its weapon silently, a long varreled active coolant system gauss rifle that wouldn't show up on most, if any, type of sensory system. This gauss rifle was able to punch through argonium, a synthetic compound metal that could withstand the pure explosive force of 14 high explosive tank rounds and several nuclear blasts, making it one of the strongest mtals in tge colonies
Jack had nearly tackled Cat and held his hands over her head as the blast erupted. When everything had settled, he got them up, and checked both himself and Cat for injuries. Seeing none, he tossed a grenade out of the cave, timing it so that it would explode 40 feet away from it. He then remotely checks the Charger's systems. It'd been strained, but could still fight at a reduced capacity. Thats all he would need,

Catherine blinked and next thing she knew her sensative ears were ringing violently. She was on the ground covered by a force. Her ears were bleeding. Blood was quite literally streaming from her ears. Shaking her head to try to clear the ringin. She took a momment to gain her bearing before accessing the situation. She was on the ground. Jack had put her there. She still held her hands to her ears and became aware of the warm moister. She keeps her hands there before taking her hands down in fists and shook her hair to try to hide the blood from Jack.

She looks him over before, knowing not to give away a sound so they could be tracked waits for the plan.

"Hmm, let's see." He checked one of his instruments, a device that showed devices using electrical current, and the charger stood out like a whale in a marathon. He slowed, and fired a concussion (another type of sound) missile right at the spot. The explosion was small, but the sonic blast it emitted would literally make your eardrums explode, ruining your sense of balance and hearing. The damage was often irreversible. He watched through his helmet, the ghost-blue sonic waves rippling through the air, and he saw two figures fall to their knees...

"This guys messin with explosives." She says going into the charger and grabbing two bundles of gear. She puts the bundles down as look at Jack. "You need to." She says grabbing a helmet that was engineered for blast protection and putting it on his head and watches as it morphs to fit. "Keep that on." She says starting to out her jumper on to protect her body from burns,"We have to be dire-" her ears start ringing no..burning. She collapsed and screams,"SON OF A [color=red]*CENSORED: Please do not cuss on this forum*[/color]!" Before gritting her teeth her ears were really bleeding now. She head something snap in her head.

Lambda hears screams. Now, it was time to see how well they could move with their balance screwed up and beyond communication. He was wearing two bronze gauntlets that went up to the elbow, and he hit a button, which started filtering raw oxygen from the air around him. The gauntlets shot a chemical, called Prometheum, which burst into flames as soon as it contacted with oxygen. He walked slowly in a circle around them, leaving a 20 foot high wall of fire as he walked. He had them surrounded, and they could not escape. The wall slowly contracted, and he issued and ultimatum, "Over here! I have two options for you! Be captured or Die! Your choice! But you will die one after the other, and the other has to watch..."

Jack loads his weapons and prepares to fight. He takes off the helmet and puts it on Cat's head, watching as it forms to her head and examines the damage done to her hearing and equilibrium. This guy still seems to underestimate SZ. He'll regret it. The helmet then starts doing what it could to repair the damage done to her. She'd still need to see the doc. Crap.
Getting up, he turns to face his opponent.
"You're going to pay for that. Your Lambda, right?"
He checks his main weapons one more time, the trademark KP auto-magnum and Plasma 23-28 magnum that he always carried.

The world spinned around quickly. Her eyes couldn't focus and jerked around quickly beyond her control. She closed her eyes and without vision to play tricks on her balence became manageable. She let out unaudible clicks from her throat and like a dolphin and the sound waves returned creating a rough lined image of her serous dings. She reading her throwing darts.

"Yes, I am Lambda," he said, as the two sonic chain guns flipped over his shoulders to face front from his pack. He took the controller, aimed, and then let loose a barrage of sonic orbs. He knew he would win. He could move 20x faster than any of them, and his chain guns, being sonic, had no ammo limit. He braced and slowly walked forward, and the gun's auto targeting system kicked in, aiming independently from him and the corresponding gun at anything that moved. The guns firing into the chaos, he braced, and a seismic missile launcher ejected and locked to his shoulder. He aimed, aimed, and shot straight up, knowing that the missile would not ever miss it's mark. It never did. Now, to take this battle into his own element. He spread his wings, and launched himself into the air. The guns locked into flight mode, straight ahead over his shoulders. He waited for them to follow, and then his victory would be confirmed...

As his adrenaline goes into high gear, everything slows down for him. Jack had been trained to enter a state of complete control and foresight, which is why he watched as the bomb he'd placed as he entered the cave above Lambda's head exploded, stopping his exit. Then,running and dodging and taking cover, he turned his attention to the missile shooting it out of the air with his Plasma magnum and shooting 3 high explosive rounds at the cannons on Lambda's shoulders. He watched as these to exploded.
"Dealing with the best shooter you've probably ever seen can't be good for your health. I know it won't be for you." Jack says, his magnums smoking. He reloads both, the empty casings dropping to the ground smoldering.

"Hmm, lets see, Omega! (Barricade)" He shouted seemingly into nothing. "Get me out of here!" And then he was gone. Poof. He had Barricade teleport him out of that hole, and now they had simply caved themselves in. He thought it would be sufficient time to fly up to the Delian Leauge airship, the DLV Levithian, so he could grab backup, and his friend. Barricade was occupied at present, but Sigma could beat the daylight out of them in a flash. He flew up and landed in his hangar, machines removing the crippled pack as he walked. "Hey, Sigma!" A tall dark man looked up from behind a fighter, and said "Lambda? Is that you? Oh, god buddy I haven't seen you in ages!" Lambda lowered his tone and said, "Say, I've got a problem. Those kids are really pissing me off. But, they're deaf, can't walk, and basically out of ammo in a trapped cave. But they're clever. Can you help me with this real quick?" Sigma was quick to action, and pulled out a piece of paper with some numbers. "I'll get this started," he said, "you go tell them what's going on." Lambda agreed, and started up his war fighter. He flew down, and stood outside the collapsed cave, and said, "Oh, Catherine! Think about your wolves!" At that very moment, Sigma was blasting a high frequency wave of sound, most likely causing the wolves to go unconcious. "What I did to you, your wolves are going through right now! Including, oh, whatsisname, oh yes, Wisdom," he said with malice, "What will you do about that?"

Catherine using her tail as a counter balence waited before grabbing her plasma pistol aiming it at the cave and fired twice. A decent soze hole opened up. The link she shares with the animals she has touched cause er body to tinegel. She knew what was happening ath the base. She, with a burst of adrenaline climbed up through the hole crouched unseal thing her claws and roared ferally baring her 5 inch fangs before yelling,"YOU LEAVE THEM OUT OF THIS!" She couldn't hear her own voice but her balence was regaining... Adrenaline? She growled again before a hawk flew above head . She hacked into his senses and, with her eyes still closed was able to square up to her enemy and hear his next words. She growls,"Whatdo you want from me.."

"Well, nothing but you're head on a stake. If you haven't noticed, we, and I mean the Delian League, are at war with you. There's not a way I will just 'Let you go...' now, you thought I was bad when it was just me, let's see, ah, there!" He hit a button, and the cockpit closed and he rose slowly into the air. He started firing a barrage of not bullets, but missiles, and he watched as a mushroom cloud rose, that could be seen anywhere from there to 40 leagues around. He flew back to the airship, confident that his job was done...

The charger sprung into action eveloping the two in a protective shield and teleports them to safety miles away. Catherine sighed soon after the signal was silenced and he wolves were safe fitted with equipment. This was too muh. The pain in her ears, this maniac, the world spinning around in circles. She closed her eyes and collapsed into the ground of the cave they were teleported to..not in the canyon. Unknown to he and possibly to Jaw her body shut down to do an intensive healing process. She shivered uncontrollably because this process sucked heat from her drawing blood from her extremities to parts of her body that needed it. Her cold blooded system meant shivering did nothing.but this process was painfull and it showed in her face and the sporadic whimpers. She thrashed out occasionally and whispered Jack's name asking for help.

"Fire!" The first bomb went over the base, destroying a warehouse, 18 Octopi led by Sigma and Lambda did a pass. The MAUs, nicknamed "Stalin's Organs, fired barrage after barrage of missiles on the base. Total war had begun, a term coined by Civil War General Sherman, it meant "Destroy everything in sight and then some." Fighters swarmed everywhere strafing as men tried to run. The base was now in flames, tattered, and half-destroyed. Once all was done, they could move on. The bombers did an in-air refuel, and stocked their payloads with salt. They dropped salt on the tattered ground, and nothing would grow there again in 100 years. He hoped that they could get this done with and move on...

The suits start rolling out of the intact warehouses, the Panther especially rolling into action. It, being an extremely fast and armed with cannons, starts to take out the fighters with a barrage of high velocity AP shells. The Hellbringer and Godsend, Lily and Aaron's machine's respectively, start raising the enemy ranks with their weapons, the Hellbringer with a Katana and M12 and giant sized Plasma LMG, and the Godsend with its pair of RX5 Super Vulcans, punching through the armor of the squids easily. The soldiers alive on base started escorting civilians out of the area while arming anti air defenses. Heavy Artilery sprang from the rooftops, both plasma oriented and Kinetic Projectile, and started laying waste to the Delian air offense. SZ operatives began to file out on the ground, heavily armed and armored. The open up on the Delian ground troops, shots ringing out from multiple places and explosions happening everywhere. Slowly, they start to push the Delian lines back. The Security forces manned GL's quickly firing into the crowds of enemy vehicles. Chaos was everywhere.
In the new cave, all Jack could do was provide as much warmth as he could sitting down next to her, starting a fire, and throwing his thermal fatigue jacket over her. He sets to work cleaning his weapons and his wounds. That guy, Lambda, had nicked him with some of those blasts. Sound. Hmph. They were going to have to strategize.

Catherine got a clear view of what was happening at the base through the eyes of her wolfs. She sat up and pulled the wax plugs from her ears. The world wasn't spinning and she could hear the cracklings of the fire. She told Jack what she saw at the camp. She also had Wisdom summon the shadow hounds. Her creations. Creatures that couldn't be touched but they could kill. They were destroying the opposing ground troops.
She sighed after finishing her report and closed her eyes. Opening them she looks him over seeing that he seemed fine and asked,"What do we do?" She says leaning against him all her wounds were healed. She was ready to go. She started rummaging inside a bag Jack had pulled out. She pulled out her bow and arrow kit with explosive tips.

"Release the Ion Wolves!" Landing craft dispersed soldiers and tanks. Now they would see the full might of the Delian Leauge. The soldiers themselves were psychological weapons in themselves. They were humanlike in stature, but had wolf features. They were cyborgs, and all they had for a face was a long black box, and an angular pack implanted in their back. They had five hearts, and unless all were hit within 15 seconds, they would keep walking. The real scary thing was that they could not feel pain. You could blast a limb or head off, and they would keep fighting. That alone often left PTSD in soldiers, an they also had sentient minds and super strength and speed. They marched out by the thousands from drop craft , and thus the tide was turned.

The First Sergeant in charge of the security forces yells out to his men to switch to shredder rounds.
"Change it up boys! Unknown Tangos in sight! Shredders up!"he says switching out the bandolier on his weapon.
"HOOAH!!" came the thunderous reply of his men as they staggered their fire, some maintaining the firing rate as others changed out and vise versa. They then went to town on these new enemies, literally tearing them in half with bullets designed to shatter hardend concrete. They kept up this rate of fire, covering the retreat of standard soldiers and the entrance of SUB-ZERO reinforcements. These special forces units spread out as fireteams, keeping constant tabs on each other's positions. Some were in miniturized armors called EXOS, prototype units that packed immense fire power.
"Fire team Zulu to base, copy?"
"We read Zulu, go ahead."
"Advise, full out transmission to all forces, weve opened one up, andfigured out that there are. 5 hearts, I repeat, 5 hearts attached to these new enemy units. Advise fully automatic weapons. You need to plug the hearts in a few seconds or less, otherwise they start to regenerate. Also, they are not pain-responsive, over."
"Understood, relaying message."
As the message is relayed, soldiers start to play it smart and spray across the chest areas. Reinforcements started supplying LMG'S to their comrades. Things were getting interesting.
Meanwhile, in the cave, Jack prepares the Charger for battle, fixing some of its damaged equipment.

Catherine got to work rearming herself. She quit counting at 63 knifes and sword and 89 explosives on her body. All easily accessible and fight ready. She examined each arrow before stashing them carefully into her quiver. She knew hand to hand combats was not an option. She'd need togo for range. She had many different arrows. Standard arrows. Poison dart arrows. But these? Parasitic bombs.. On impact of even a sliver of skin is sliced billions of microbes penetrate the body . 4 seconds later the microbes spontaneously combust leaving a pink mist of what used to be a body. Those are fast moving microbes, moving to every organ and extremity in a split second. She throws her quiver of arrows over her back along with her bow. She could Fire 68 single arrows in a minute. She switched out the quiver on her back for a quiver of normal arrows. She takes a deep breath before doing some target practice on a far cave wall 100yards away. Making a straight line of 30 arrows

"Sir, calculations advise using the Orbital Night Cloak," Said Rho, the manager of the battle. "It's already in action." All of the Ion wolves, tanks, and fighters suddenly started heading back to the airship. The night cloak was 8, long sattelites that emmitted Gamma Rays, blocking out sunlight in certain areas. The temperature would drop about 90 degrees Celsius, and those who survived would have a hard time with rations. A siege weapon, it could hold an enemy base, freezing up all electrical components and life until the specified area surrendered. The airship motored out of sight, and anywhere within 100 miles of the base, a slow shadow started to creep across the base...

"Sir, Heat coils are primed, shield capacitors are online, and Generators are on standby. Civilians have been warned and military forces are strapped in. The Dome is ready to go on your mark, sir." an Ensign reports to General Lash.
"Alright, send up the walls on my mark. 3..."
The Command Crew prepares, strapping in and leaning over their respective consoles, some dreading the coming days.
"2..." The General continues to count down. The Command Center goes into total silence. Even the beeps and whirs of machinery seemed distant and not as loud. If this went wrong, they could possibly all lose their lives. Most everyone in the room sent up a silent prayer to their respective gods...whoever it may or may not be.
"1. Mark!" the General finishes the countdown and straps in.
"Firing, Aye Sir!" an Ensign responds, hitting a button on his console.
On that command, large metal doors that encompassed the entirety of the base shot up from its 4 corners, encompassing a large area of fertile land as well. As they connected and sealed, a loud noise could be heard. The base's shield capacitors fired off a concussive blast, obliterating anything within 10 miles of the bases perimeter. A large sheet of solid energy then began to close up around the base, providing 2 types of extremely thick shielding.
"Sir, we are self sustained."
"Excellent. Search and destroy any remaining enemy forces within the Dome. Hunter Killer Drones are authorized. Also, activate the teleporter scrambler and send anything that's not our forces to Neptune."
"Yes sir." The Command Crew Responds, hopping to their tasks.
Meanwhile, Ryder and Ryland are preparing to teleport out of the area. Huddled into the cockpit, Jack sets the coordinates for the jump, and looks over at Ryder.
"Expect things to be hot on arrival, got it?"he says, hitting the button for the jump. Near instantaneously, they were staring at the inside of the Dome.
"They actually did it..."Jack says in awe.
